This policy applies to all purchases made online via www.ccstrendz.com.au

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

• The item/s were purchased from CCs Trendz Online (www.ccstrendz.com.au).
• The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
• All tags are still attached.
• Your order will be returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to CCs Trendz without approval will be returned at the customers' expense.

Please note: We monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future orders being refused and cancelled

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a store credit or exchange.

 

SALE, PROMOTIONS & FINAL SALE

We do not offer exchanges, store credits or refunds on SALE merchandise (e.g. discounted, flash sale or final sale) unless the product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for purpose or is different from its description as required by Australian Consumer Law.

WELCOME CODE

All items purchased using the 15% off welcome code are eligible for a store credit or exchange.

EXCHANGES

You are welcome to exchange items that meet the conditions of return listed above for another garment, size or colour.

Please note, CC's Trendz Return and Exchange Policy differs for in-store purchases. For purchases made in-store, returns for store credit or exchange are accepted within 14 days from purchase date. Refunds are not applicable on items purchased in-store. 

JEWELLERY AND SHOES

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for jewellery.

We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with their original packaging.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers may not be returned and are non-refundable. Please treat your gift voucher like cash. We encourage you to take a photo of the number on all gift cards issued in store, which can be used in the case that you lose the physical card. 

FAULTY RETURNS

We hope you never receive a faulty item and are apologetic and understand this is a disappointing shopping experience. If something you have received is not in perfect condition, please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description to info@ccstrendz.com.au.

IN STORE RETURNS POLICY

CCs Trendz does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Our in store returns policy is 14 days, whereby we will exchange or issue a store credit upon presentation of a receipt.

Garments must be unworn and in their original condition, with tags attached. Shoes must be unworn and in their original packaging. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale merchandise (e.g. flash sale, discount rack or price reduced on tag) unless deemed faulty by our team or required by law. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.

All purchases on jewellery are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns for jewellery unless deemed faulty by our team.
